Do you provide support after the initial setup?
Change is the nature of a thriving business - so we absolutely do! We currently provide support in two ways, depending on your needs.
The first and more common option is a continuing service agreement, where we set aside an agreed number of hours every month to provide you with technical support and iterations.
The second and more flexible option is an on-demand service agreement, where you can describe what you need and we estimate the amount of work required. While this is billed as thought it were a separate project, we bring all the context we have so you get quality results faster.
What's your typical timeline for a project?
While each project has a unique set of needs and requirements, we find that they generally fall into a specific range depending on the project type.
A website with between 4 to 10 pages or a standard e-commerce store typically take 4 to 6 weeks to turnover.
Isolated or straightforward process automations can take between 2 to 4 weeks to turn over. On the other hand, an automation that is more system-wide or carries complex logic can take between 4 to 8 weeks to turnover.
How does pricing work?
We typically bill a flat one-time fee for a project.
We start with an estimate for the range of the project cost. We often provide this on our first call so we're on the same page and you understand the cost with full transparency.
When we've hammered out all the details of the project, we send you an invoice with for the final project cost.
Do you you bill a deposit for projects?
While this may change depending on the cost and size of the project, we typically charge a 50% deposit prior to the start of the project and then 50% prior to turnover.
If the project is considerably larger, we bill for significant milestones agreed on prior to the start of the project.
Do you cover projects with a warranty?
If you encounter a bug or error that is a result of our direct oversight, we will service it at no cost if the problem is reported within 30 days of project completion.
If you spot the error after the 30-day period, we are still available for support with one of our support packages.
Do I get a dedicated project manager?
We believe clear, focused communication is at the heart of a successful project. To that end, every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who is your point of contact and ensures things are on track.
Your project manager is also responsible for adapting the project direction if changes are needed.
